Unser schöner Gansey-Pullover ist komplett aus britischer Wolle gefertigt. Wir sind stolz, dass die gesamte Produktion vom Bauernhof bis zur Fabrik im Vereinigten Königreich erfolgt! Der Gansey-Pullover ist eine moderne Abwandlung des traditionellen Fischerpullovers. Inspiriert wurden wir dabei von Stichmustern, die früher in den Fischerdörfern Cornwalls verwendet wurden. Mit kastenförmiger Passform, tief angesetzten Schultern und T-Ärmeln sowie einem gerippten und abgesetzten Rollkragen. Die obere Hälfte des Pullovers ist mit gemusterten Maschen versehen. Außerdem ist er „rundgestrickt”, also nahtlos – die traditionellen Fischerpullover wurden auf diese Weise hergestellt.
Die natürlichen Fasern aus ungefärbter Wolle halten Sie bei kaltem Wetter warm und sind gleichzeitig luftdurchlässig.

Laxtons, eine Spinnerei mit Sitz in Yorkshire, stellt vollständig rückverfolgbare britische Wolle her. Sie sind Mitglieder der British Wool Association und der Soil Association, haben ein Woolmark und sind Unterstützer der Campaign for Wool.
Dieses Garn ist eine Mischung hochwertiger britischer Vliesstoffe, die in einem Umkreis von 50 Meilen um den Spinner verarbeitet werden. I remove them each time I wear it. I believe this will calm down eventually, however. So glad I purchased and so glad it's "British Made'
Lovely light knit. Cosy to wear whilst not overheating. Good quality as usual for Celtic & Co. Only issue is the bobbling which happens a lot with every wear. Need to debobble frequently. Will continue to wear as it’s such a lovely useful jumper.
I'm so glad I splashed out on this gansey jumper. It's warm, light, and the oatmeal colour looks great with everything. I wear it a lot, which makes it great value. I'm size 14 and I sized down to medium, which makes it a comfy and roomy fit for me. I use a battery operated de-pilling device for any bobbles, which is quite fun and satisfying to use!
Beautiful, warm fairly lightweight jumper. I love the pattern and colours. I'm a 40" bust and the large was way too big, even the medium is roomy, which is how I like it. Customer service, second to none. Wonderful all round. Highly recommend.
I recently ordered two of these beautiful warm and soft jumpers. I ordered the X-Large for 2 reasons, as when I come to wash them there might well be a little shrinkage so I ordered up and because I have a long body quite often the jumpers are no way near long enough for my body shape. I’m gutted because the jumpers feel like soft fluffy clouds when worn with a nice shirt underneath. Please please can you start to cater for us tall ladies out here when sizing your jumpers Seasalt d cater for petite normal and tall range. Kind regards Len Ashley x

Have been looking for a "gansey" for a while, but didn't want the Geurnsey or other versions which are usually heavier, oiled wool, very fitted and seemed difficult to size accurately on t'interweb! This fits the bill: a tad lighter than expected, but a lovely design without too much pattern, beautiful soft green (Landscape) and I love the relaxed fit. I'm usually a 12/medium in jumpers and opted for the small in this one and, it's perfect, relaxed not too oversized and still fits comfortably under jackets. It does feel scratchy, I hope this will lessen when washed a few times, but I bought it to layer up anyhow, so not an issue.
A perfect jumper for colder weather. It is soft and warm and surprisingly lightweight which I like very much, it also fits comfortably under winter coats and jackets. An excellent buy.
Bought this jumper despite being worried by some of the reviews, and am so glad I did! I love everything about this jumper; the style, the feel, the colour (Dark Skylight). It is lovely and soft and non-itchy and I can wear it with nothing underneath! Sizing as always is huge. I have a Small and it is big on me (an old size 14!) but the roomy Look feels right with this style. So to the ‘big problem’ with this jumper - the pilling. I was aware that this would happen and so have been trying to wear the jumper for only a couple of hours a day to lessen it. But there is still pilling. However… the bobbles of wool are quite large and I find it easy enough to spend a couple of minutes pulling them off after each wear. Maybe not ideal, but the benefits of this lovely jumper, outweigh this inconvenience!
Absolutely love this jumper - bought XS/S and yes, it is a little big...I'm a size 8, but that's the style...super nice :)
