Your contract for purchases made through is with Celtic Sheepskin & Co. Ltd. and you agree that any goods you order are for your own private and domestic use only and not for resale.

You warrant that all information you provide to for the purpose of ordering or purchasing Goods is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you use is your own and that you have sufficient funds in your account to secure payment for the products ordered. You agree that email may be used as a means of long-distance communication. 

During the registration process you will need to create a password. You are responsible for all actions under that login information and may only shop at using your own details. You must do your utmost to keep your password safe and should not share it with anyone. If you think someone else knows your password, you need to change it. You may not transfer or sell your login information, or allow anyone, directly or indirectly, to use your login information. Should the details you have provided change, it is your responsibility to let Celtic Sheepskin & Co. know. 

It is a criminal offense to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to place an order. Anyone caught intentionally entering a false or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Celtic Sheepskin & Co Ltd tracks the electronic "fingerprints" of every order placed on to enable us and any legitimate crime prevention and law enforcement agencies to trace individual users engaged in or using criminal activity on our website. 

Celtic Sheepskin & Co Ltd reserves the right to terminate our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the Website immediately and without notice if:- 

you fail to make any payments due to us; if you breach any of our terms; 

if you do not provide sufficient information within a reasonable time when we ask you to do so to verify the accuracy and validity of the information you have provided; 

or if we suspect that you are engaged or about to be engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity on .

Dispute Resolution Terms

In accordance with the European Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution − available at this link −, Celtic & Co.TM has currently refrained from major schemes but endeavors to do everything do to resolve all complaints to the satisfaction of its customers and follow a thorough procedure to ensure this.

This procedure is explained in more detail below: Regarding our complaints handling process, all complaints are primarily handled by the Customer Services team and, where necessary, escalated to the Customer Services & Sales Manager, Felicity Mayers. Complaints relating to other business areas are referred to senior management in those areas. These and can, if necessary, contact the complainant. We aim to deal with all complaints as quickly as possible and always strive for a solution that maintains customers' trust in the company. If you are unhappy with a decision made on a complaint, you can request that the complaint be referred to Nick Whitworth, one of our directors.

Your Liability for Breach of These Terms

You agree that if you breach any of these Terms or incur any liability arising out of your use of this website, you will be responsible for all costs and expenses incurred by us or our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if applicable). You are also liable if another person uses your account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.

Coupons and offers from Celtic & Co.TM.

Only one offer can be redeemed per order. Some offers are limited to one use per customer, all offers are subject to availability and Celtic & Co.TM reserves the right to withdraw or amend any offer at any time. 

Voucher offers are only available on orders equal to or greater than the value of the voucher and no cash substitute will be offered under any circumstances.

If necessary, you can find the full promotional code offer terms and conditions at the source, eg B. at the end of an e-mail or in the catalogue.

If a cash discount is offered, the minimum order amount will be stated at the source eg B. £10 off a minimum purchase of £10, £20 off a minimum purchase of £20 and only one offer can be claimed per customer.

Unless specifically stated, offer codes do not apply to discounted cleaning and maintenance products and exclude gift boxes and gift certificates.

Unless otherwise stated, offer codes are only valid for one order per customer. Celtic & Co. reserves the right to cancel any order redeeming a promotional code that has already been used.

Free delivery offers apply to mainland UK addresses only, unless specifically stated otherwise. Offers and discount codes do not apply to aerosol products.

Celtic & Co. reserve the right to cancel the purchase of an aerosol product or charge for delivery to a non-UK address where a discount has been applied to that product.

If you place an order that is eligible for a free gift and then return a product, it means that those criteria are no longer met. 

Offers with a fixed discount amount

This offer cannot be combined with any other offer and does not apply to cleaning and care products. Minimum order is £20 and no cash alternative will be offered. The £20 discount will be split evenly across all items purchased. If part of the order is returned, the refund for the relevant items will be based on the portion of the £20 discount that was originally applied. By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. 

All orders are subject to our acceptance and product availability.

Availability information for products can be found in the respective product description. If does not have sufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will split your order and dispatch any items that are in stock, with items that are out of stock being dispatched as soon as they become available.

All prices listed on are correct at the time the information is entered, however we reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time. All prices are VAT, including VAT where applicable.

No contract for the sale of a product will exist between you and until we accept your order by shipping the product to you. When this happens, we will confirm acceptance by emailing you a Dispatch Confirmation.

This confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided in your order form and will contain details of the products ordered, the method of payment, the costs (including VAT and postage and packaging) and delivery times. 

It is your responsibility to check that all information in this confirmation email is correct and to contact us as soon as possible if the information is incorrect. 

If your order is not accepted, you will receive an email from us explaining the reason. 

Discount offers cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.


The stated delivery time within which you will receive your order is an approximate indication. Goods will be shipped to the address you provide in your order. If you order more than one item, your goods may be shipped in multiple shipments if certain items are out of stock.

If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment enters your country. You are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note: Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to cross-border controls by customs authorities.

If you give us any instructions regarding the delivery of your order (including but not limited to instructions to leave the package at a specific location, outbuilding or with a neighbor), you are responsible for the accuracy of those instructions and we are liable to you not for loss of or damage to the item(s) as a result of following your instructions. Our delivery partners are also not liable if they follow these instructions.

payment accepts most major credit/debit cards. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checking and approval by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Cancellation of an Order / Return Procedure    

If you have not placed an order, you can delete the items in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Remove" button next to the product that you do not wish to purchase. 

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been forwarded to our warehouse for dispatch, we may cancel your order entirely. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait for it to be delivered and then follow our returns policy. You will be responsible for all costs incurred in returning the goods to unless the return is due to an error on our part. In case of wrong, faulty or damaged goods please contact us before returning the items.

Please note that our gift wrapping service is non-refundable.

withdrawal from the contract

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all costs. Once you have informed us of your intention to withdraw (notification should be in a durable format; letter or email), you must return the item(s) at your own expense.

PLEASE NOTE: Items/orders over £300 must be returned by courier. We organize the shipping. Please contact our customer service for details. 

Any funds already charged to your credit or debit card will be returned to that credit or debit account within 14 days of receipt provided the goods you return are in the same condition in which they were delivered to you (hang tags and labels). Clothing tags are still attached).

If you exercise your right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. If you are returning the goods you must use reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods and that the goods are not damaged in transit by sending them using a trackable method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or using an approved courier service so that they can be returned received by us within 14 days after withdrawal from the contract.

If you wish to cancel your order after 14 days, please follow the procedure outlined in our returns policy.

If you order an item and for any reason the price published on is incorrect, we will inform you by email that we have not accepted your order and your order has been cancelled. You want to be informed of the correct price of the product in question. You can then order it again. If you have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this section, we will refund you in full within 30 days of the order date. If you choose to place your order again at the correct price, your credit card will be charged the correct amount.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods that were not ordered by you or are damaged, defective, or in a quantity different from that stated on your order form, we will resupply any missing items, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or provide you with the refund the amount you have paid for the goods in question, provided that you inform us of this in writing within 10 working days of delivery of the goods and after the goods have been returned to us at the address given in the confirmation e-mail, unless because we inform you that a return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.

We have endeavored to provide as accurate product images as possible for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as internet browsers, monitor color contrasts, etc., we cannot be held responsible or liable for any color differences between the image and the actual product.

The products sold on are intended for private household and consumer use only. Accordingly, we shall not be liable for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profits, property damage and/or loss arising from any third party claim arising out of the use of the website or any product or service purchased from .

We do our utmost to prevent internet fraud and to ensure that any data collected from you is stored in the safest and most secure way possible.

We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery of any Products ordered or for any other matter to the extent that the delay is due to events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labor disputes, strikes , lockouts, riots, riots, malicious damage, explosions, government actions and any other similar events, including extreme weather conditions.

We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or that the full functionality, accuracy and reliability of the website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the Products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or your rights to withdraw from the contract.

We shall not be liable in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence), pre-contractual or other obligations (except for fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation), or otherwise, under or in connection with the Terms for:

any economic loss (including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or

any loss of goodwill or reputation; or

any special or indirect loss suffered by or arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under these Terms and Conditions.

Nothing in the Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.

The Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of England. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Personalization is available in silver or gold and can be done over two lines, with a maximum of 15 characters per line. The personalization must be the same on the left and right. Delivery takes about a week.

Unfortunately, all personalized orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable as the item cannot be resold.

Even spelling experts can make mistakes, so we may, at our discretion, edit reviews to correct typographical errors. Faulty Items

What happens if my item is faulty? In this case please contact our Customer Service so they can arrange a return to us for further investigation. Our defective item policy:

  • Faulty items returned within 28 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded.
  • Items that have failed between 28 days and 6 months of receipt can be returned to us for repair free of charge.
  • Natural wear and tear or aging are not covered by our defective item policy. However, we do offer a paid repair service for items purchased more than 6 months after receipt. Please note that we cannot guarantee that all items can be repaired.

If you are located in a member state of the European Union or the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the following paragraphs apply.
