Superweicher Cocoon-Cardigan

One of my wardrobe staples. I absolutely love this cardigan. I keep coming back each year to see what colours you have. I’ve got the oatmeal, slate, black, olive and brown so I really need to stop 😂 A quick wash on the handwash setting, dry flat and they always look brand new. Really easy layer to throw on over almost anything when it gets cooler. Snuggly without being heavy. Just lovely

The cocoon style cardigan is beautiful, comfy and made from really soft wool. It does run large though so it's best to order a size to two smaller than you normally wear. I will probably buy one more in oatmeal...

Gorgeous luxury feel, very different, dress up or down. It is loose fit as the design is meant to be. Love it!

Absolutely beautiful cardigan, much heavier gauge than the Geelong jumpers, so while I really liked it, it wasn't really suitable for the purpose I'd bought it for and decided to return it this time. I bought the Slate, thinking it would be a similar shade to the grey in the Geelong jumper, but it was more of a grey blue and so also not quite what I needed. I think I will likely replace it with the black at the end of the summer if it's still available. The size was perfect for me, but I'd say it does run a little to the oversized so if you like something that fits neatly this won't be right for you. Also, with no closure this might not suit some outfits, but great if you want something to wrap up with in the evenings and keep warm.

So soft and really does cocoon you, so warm. I sized down 1 size based on comments and it’s perfect. The front is open and falls back if not wrapped a little around you but I have bought a lovely copper pin broach and using that when I want hands free it’s perfect and looks amazing. I wouldn’t want a button as would look less smart and would be less versatile. I bought in the sale so price I think was good value, full price maybe a little high.

Very happy with this cardigan. The colour is a rich dark grey, size was good, it still goes over a jumper adding a great layer of warmth. It's very good quality and worth the money in my opinion.

Really disappointed with this item I’ve returned it, still waiting for the refund. I ordered the oatmeal colour early this year it was gorgeous that is why I ordered the slate one. The colour isn’t anything like the photo it’s more blue and it looks like felt, like it’s been washed in too hot water. Very disappointed

I’ve been looking for a cardigan for a while now and ordered this one initially just as a backup for another one I’ve ordered or to just try something new, not expecting I’d love it this much! This is probably the coolest and yet cosiest item of clothing I own. I love it I get the shoulder thing the other reviews mentioned - I personally like it and whenever I do want the cardigan to stay in place I use a little brooch to keep the front connected which works well and looks chic.

Far too big. I am normally size 16 but this cardigan was way too big. It was good quality and well made but I returned it as it was too big for me to wear.

Slips off the shoulders consantly. Will have to try pop fasteners to keep it from slipping. Good quality wool. Lovely colour. Awkward, bulky, dolman sleeves

I’m a 10 in tops and regret buying the XS-S but the M-L surely would be too big on me? I love the look of this cardigan but even on my slim arms it’s too tight and irritatingly uncomfortable. I’ve worn it so can’t exchange it now sadly, but really wish I had the next size up as it looks great and its softness is comforting and lovely.

Love this cardigan, thick and warm. Agree with other comments though that it is weighted much more towards the back and hence slips constantly off your shoulders. It's a real shame because it is otherwise just lovely.

Overall, this is a poorly designed product. I bought a size 12 but after a couple of days it feels like a size 16. The sleeves are too wide, having lost their initial shape, and the cardigan keeps slipping off my shoulders so I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

I really love how warm it is and it’s very comfortable to wear. However, as others have mentioned it slips off the shoulders and you have to keep pulling it up to keep it on. I love wearing it home, but couldn’t wear it in work because of that. The material also very quickly stretched out too much and feels very big. It doesn’t bother me when I wear it home, but wouldn’t be suitable for other purposes.

Soft and incredibly comfortable. I sized down after reading other reviews and I am pleased I did. I usually wear a medium and the small is fits well and very flattering. Good quality product.

Mixed feelings about this garment - the wool is divine, and I love the colour - the grey is rich and delicious. And I love the long rib cuffs - my wrist always feel cold in winter. But the general style is awkward. I feel the dolman sleeve is set too wide so that a lot of cold air gets captured around one's waist unless one walks around pulling the front sections over in front. A belt doesn't work - looks terrible. And it lacks a collar or and or something structural to help hold it together on the shoulders. I know as an ex-knitwear designer that dolmans are tricky to design. I don't think they've got this one quite right. I'm going to send for the small version (I bought the medium-large) to see if it functions better.

Really pleased with this soft slouchy cardi. I’m 5ft2 55kg so bought in xs and it’s good fit for me. Nice soft wool-sleeves are more fitted which I liked as it gives it some style. Perfect for over a t shirt with a pair of jeans. Definitely recommend. More colours please Celtic & Co x

The colour was a disappointment as I loved the colour as per photo and colour chart button. It is Airforce Blue, not the beautiful grey of the photo. It is beautifully made though and the wool feels lovely. I'm 5'2" size 18 and the M/L comes up a little big, arms very long. I would have loved it in grey!

I bought both the M/L and XS/S as usually I am a Medium in Celtic sweaters. The M/L was returned and I’m keeping the XS/S Lovely blue grey colour and super soft

The wool of this cardigan is supersoft as described. But the style didn't seem to suit me, so I returned it. As with all Celtic products it was slightly on the generous side. I have a poor rating overall for the service rather than the product, it took 5 weeks to be dispatched rather than the estimated 1 week. And I am still waiting for a refund, 4 weeks after returning - endless phone but no luck yet.

Ich liebe diese Jacke. Ich bin sehr begeistert. Das einzige, was mich ein wenig stört ist, dass die Farbe nicht der Angabe entspricht. Meine Jacke ist eher blau als grau. Das ist etwas schade.

Very nice, good colour. My only comment would be the wait for products ordered seems quite long!

This os a good quality woollen open cardigan, the colour is more of a cool dark bluish grey than looks in photo, I was hoping it would be more charcoal, that would be great for next colour. When trying on for size it felt like a good fit. However once I had worn it for a couple of hours it kept slipping down off both shoulders, no matter what I wear underneath it keeps slipping and I’m a bit disappointed with this. The whole length of the edge rolls inward a lot, tried rolling it outward more like a shawl collar edge which looks great but doesn’t stay as such, just rolls back inward. I don’t think this helps with the slipping off. I wish this had come in a single size as I’m always M in Celtic but had to get M/L which perhaps made it too big and slipping off. I didn’t try the small because it was a 4 week wait for order, too to buy 2 sizes and wait over 4 weeks for a refund. I will try rolling the neck edges toward and gently sewing that into place which will look better and hopefully stop the slipping off. Not something I had thought would be needed with a Celtic garment at this price, my overall reasons for giving 3/4 stars.

Absolutely gorgeous cardigan. Beautiful quality and very versatile am sure this will be a staple of mine all autumn and winter.
