Absolutely stunning boots and beautifully made. They fit perfectly though wouldn’t be for ladies with bigger calves. I love them.

Really lovely boots. Solid soles but they are not overly chunky, just what I was looking for. Quality leather and workmanship, I can tell they will last a long time. I sized up to leave room for thick winter socks and they still are form fitting. It's nice to have the zippers on the side so you don't struggle to get them on.

Had to return the boots they were to small and difficult to put on even though I undid the laces all the way down. I have a high instep and need the zip to be lower

these boots are really nice, i got the tanners brown variant and the colour is a bit darker than the photo shown but it's a really nice oily leather brown. Good quality and craftsmanship. I have no regrets buying them and would buy them again. I'm a slim calf women and finding something that doesn't look like some posh wellies is really difficult. with thes, the fit can be so easily adjusted. I hope they will last me a long time and it will turn out to be a good investment. I'd recommend them

I watched these boots for quite a while because it was a big commitment and finally purchased them. I could not be happier, and the very first night that I wore these I received numerous compliments and questions as to where I found such fabulous boots. They are true to size, and comfortable, although I did need to unlace and open up the top of the calves a bit because I’m an athlete. They are very accommodating for different calf sizes and they are absolutely gorgeous. I would buy another pair if I needed them and highly recommend these boots. They’ll make a statement and you will be the recipient of many compliments when you put these on.

More like black than brown so not what I needed. Have emailed customer service multiple times over many weeks (can't phone as I have a disability) detailing my questions about whether the colour will fade to brown over time and including photos and the only reply I got was a one line back that said, word for word, "how can I help?" Which I replied to AGAIN and again got no response.

Love these boots. Had been eyeing them up for a year before taking the plunge and buying them. Was disappointed I left it too late to get the black, but I love the brown as it happens. They’re very comfy and I haven’t had to break them in. The lacing allows you to adjust the boot for wearing with tights or with trousers tucked in. I’m tall and it’s great to get a boot that goes past mid calf! I’m a 7.5 and the 41 has heaps of room. Highly recommend

Great fit even though I normally am a 38 I like a bit of room for my feet! Lacing means my calves fit snugly. Just waiting for some colder weather now so I can put them through their paces! Definitely not at all a boring boot thank goodness.

these boots are EXACTLY what ive been searching for for months and im so glad i held out hope for the perfect pair of boots. i am writing this with them on and the packaging on the floor next to me because i am just so happy i needed to voice it to the world. the lacing lets me tighten accordingly to my calves and the buckle adds such whimsy with the functionality of tightening at my ankle, overall a very good purchase! (i listened to reviews and got a size larger but i dont think i needed to, so im very happy about the adjustability)

Love these boots! It's great to be able to buy them online, because you can spend your time unlacing and unbuckling the boots in order to get them to fit! Once that is sorted they are really comfortable and they look great.

I have very wide feet and fallen arches and I struggle to find shoes that fit and are comfortable on day 1. I bought a size bigger than I would usually buy and these are perfect. I love them. Thank you. Please never discontinue these and I will buy a pair every year for the rest of my life!

I love Celtic Boots. I bought the Tanners Brown suede previously. On this occasion the boots seem a slightly different fit/shape and have rubbed on the outside bone of each foot (I don't have wide feet), also a blister due to the heel area (around the heel) is higher up the heel than the previous boot. I'm hoping with a stretcher and a heel insert to raise my foot up within the boot, this alleviates the problems.

I have a wide foot, and was so worried that they wouldn’t fit. Well they are perfect! If in doubt honestly buy them!

I adore these boots . I got a size up from what I usually wear so that I can wear with thick wool socks in winter time. These boots are well made ~ strong and beautiful. I don't usually pay so much for boots but I fell in love with these and decided to treat myself and I am more than happy that I did. They are comfortable ~ practical and to me beautiful. One thing that could be a valuable and practical extra to receive from the company could be a guide as to how best to take care of these boots. A small extra like this could help ease the fact that they are highly priced.

Beautiful boots lovely quality leather im a size 4 in footwear and size 12 in clothing. Unfortunately the boots fitted perfectly on the foot but the calves on boots are way too narrow.

I’ve learned to go up 1 size for Portuguese-footware and indeed the fit was perfect. I like enough room to wear good wool socks and the up-sizing provides for that. If you only wear tights, you may choose to stay with your regular size. (I wear 39 in Birks). These boots were an absolute splurge, but from the moment I put them on, they were comfortable and looked great with skirts, dresses, and straight-leg pants. Love, love, love after pondering for a few years.

I have wide feet and slim calves so I really struggle to buy boots knee high boots. However, thanks to the lacing I was able to adjust these to fit me. They are so warm and comfortable and beautiful quality. On their first outing they were complimented on. I bought the black suede but have waited so long to find boots of this fit and quality that I've now bought the brown leather as well. Equally gorgeous!
