Returns Policy

Full price items

Here at Celtic & Co. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product for any reason, it can be returned for a refund or an exchange.

You have up to 30 days after purchase to return your full price products, however we insist that the products must be returned unused and have their swing tags and washing instructions intact.

Reduced items

Please note that reduced items work slightly differently. These must be returned within 14 days from delivery, rather than 30 days. All items must be returned unused and have their swing tags and washing instructions intact.

Discounts & Promotions

If you are returning goods that you bought using a discount or promotion offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or promotion offer will no longer apply. All items must be returned unused and have their swing tags and washing instructions intact.

The value of your goods will be refunded in full excluding your original postage costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage costs other than for damaged, faulty or incorrect goods. If this is the case, please contact us before returning items.

US and Australian Returns

Returns are free. Our products are manufactured with great care and attention and we hope you are delighted with your new purchase, but if you are not satisfied with any items we will happily exchange or refund on items returned and received by us within 30 days of your receipt (14 days from delivery for sale items).

To qualify for a refund, items should be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached and returned in the original packaging. Simply complete the tear off portion of your invoice and place securely inside your parcel.

Tracked Returns

To send a tracked return please follow these instructions:

  • Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel to tell us whether you would like an exchange or return.
  • Visit the web portal (https://www.ocsworldwide.co.uk/returns/celtic/) then enter your order number and email details, this will then produce a return label for you to print.

Alternatively, you can return at your own expense. In this instance we recommend checking with the post office that your return is adequately insured against loss or damage, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

When your parcel is received it will be checked and processed.

Unless you have requested an exchange we will automatically refund your credit card. If you have requested an exchange we will send your replacement item to you with no further delivery charge.

If your item is a gift we are happy to exchange but can only refund to the original purchaser.

For faulty or incorrect items please call us to arrange the return.

UK and Rest of World Returns

UK Mainland:- A pre-paid tracked return label will be included on your invoice/delivery note allowing you to return items up-to the value of £500 via the Post Office. Please make a note of the unique tracking number printed on your label as without this we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

For larger items or for orders over £500 please call our customer services to arrange a free Collect+ return or courier collection.

If you are returning an item from overseas, please ensure that the postage is paid in full and the postal docket is ticked as ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid an import duty levy from HM Customs & Revenue for which we will not be liable.
