Half coat, half cardigan, our Donegal buckle-detail coatigan is the kind of piece you turn to over and over again. Designed in rich Donegal wool with intricate cabling throughout, this cosy design features a nickel buckle and leather strap with a slightly grained texture. The coatigan is fastened with a popper situated just above the buckle, perfect for wrapping up in the evenings.
Pull it on with blue denim, a chunky roll-neck and your favourite low-top sneakers, and plunge those chilly hands deep into the open pockets at the side. With this hybrid style in your rotation, you'll be longing for cool days.

Care
Washing Instructions
Hand Wash only
When washing by hand, avoid twisting or wringing as this may damage the wool. Do not use fabric conditioner when washing. To remove excess water from the garment we recommend wrapping it in a towel and gently squeezing it before leaving the item to dry. Do not put on a spin cycle. Lay the product out flat to dry, do not hang your wool garments. Allow to dry naturally away from all artificial heat sources.
Care & Cleaning Products
Pilling
Clothing made from natural fibres can occasionally 'pill'. These little balls of fibre or 'pills' are created as the smaller fibres in the twist of yarn naturally shed with wear. This will lessen as you wash and wear your garment. Until then, they can be gently removed with our Pilling Comb.

Having read the reviews and checked the model's height and normal size I was confident that Small would be ok for me too. However, whilst the body is perfect the arms are only just long enough and much tighter than the impression given by the photographs too. Wearing anything other than a thin top T-shirt or dress underneath will be a problem. I only have thin arms. Disappointing since I really need longer sleeves. The next size up would swamp me. I am only an 8-10. The colour is wonderful. Love it in the Claret. Goes with many of my things. Great to throw on in the morning - once I've fought my arms into the sleeves. Hoping they may give a bit in time. Can you do a purple one for next year, but please make the arms longer and slightly wider??
Purchased this for the autumn in-between season of unexpected weather, to wear on a 4 day break to Ireland. The moment I got to the airport, a stranger said "Love you coat-jumper!". She went online to check as soon as I told her where to buy. This coatigan is not too thick and not too thin (I'd seen a comment suggesting the latter, and disagree), and certainly not bulky as I'd feared. Good pockets too, well placed. Absolutely perfect with either a T, tank, or sweater underneath depending. I find it more unusual/stylish buttoned up and received more compliments that way anyway. I was worried when the navy medium was out of stock, so ordered the small thinking a return may be in order. Not at all; it was absolutely true to size! If there's a quibble it's only that the interior button is hard to see (black on navy; not an issue on other colours). Hope more colours come in as I would love wearing a winter white!
I have this in a Grey with Blue specks (Seafoam), and it’s gorgeous. But most of all I love how it falls when you fasten it; hugs my body comfortably - not tight, but just right. I ordered my usual Celtic size, and it fits perfectly.
I got the navy, and it is gorgeous. It feels really special. I especially like the fit and length of the sleeves. I want to buy a chunky belt to cinch it in at the waist. I'm thrilled with this purchase. It's my favorite Celtic & co purchase so far, and I bought a fair few items.
Relieved to say am delighted with it. I bought this in claret as a Christmas gift for my sister, who feels the cold dreadfully so needs wrapping up in warm clothes. I chose this as it is stylish, too, with the buckle detail to secure the high collar around the neck. So glad she loved it!
Disappointing product, cardigan was too big even as XS size and shapeless. Have returned it.

I’m loving it . Fits perfectly I’m about 5’6”. Size 10 and I have long arms
This is the third one of these coatigans that I've bought. Loved them all, but this one surpasses the others in its glorious colour! They are all fabulous for keeping warm in our caravan in Wales, but also at home in Liverpool. Cosy and comfortable, just fantastic!
Gorgeous! Bought as a gift, which was tried on immediately to check it could be wrapped up for Xmas, and the recipient looks beautiful and is thrilled. True to size.
