Essential Edit Collection 2018 - Behind the Scenes
Earlier this year, we took our beautiful knitwear, homeware and handcrafted slippers into a modern studio setting.
Here’s a sneak peek behind the scenes of our Essential Edit Collection photoshoot...
The Studios
The white washed exposed brick work and wide Victorian windows of the Perseverance Works Studios in London, made the space for our Essential Edit Collection shoot extremely light and fresh. Contrasting nicely with the traditional feel of the architecture, we added some modern props such as bright mustard yellow furniture and shiny copper dressing room accessories. The soft natural materials that our products are crafted from really stood out thanks to the minimalist backdrop.
New for the season and a big focus on shoot, as it was going to be the front cover of the catalogue, was our gorgeous Stitch Stripe Hem Jumper. Made from lightweight 100% Donegal wool, it's ideal for layering between seasons. Also featured, and arguably our most luxe piece ever, our Chunky 2 Pocket Coatigan is the perfect piece to unwind in style. Crafted from ultra-soft, ultra-chunky lambswool, this gorgeous coatigan is made in Great Britain and was shot alongside our enormous Sheepskin Yeti beanbag, Merino Lounge Pants and Celt House Boots to showcase ultra lounging style.
Another product flying the British flag in our Essential Edit Collection is our statement Nordic Arrow Jumper - crafted from a divine wool and alpaca mix. Adding a hint of Scandi to your wardrobe, this chunky patterned knit is just the thing to keep you warm on a blustery winter’s day.
