Celtic & Co. named finalists in South West Contact Centre Awards
The customer service and sales team at Cornish fashion brand Celtic & Co. have been announced as finalists in two categories in the South West Contact Centre Awards.
Organised by South West Contact Centre Forum, the awards recognise and reward outstanding performance from customer contact hubs and centres in the South West of England. The Celtic & Co. team has been shortlisted in both the Best People Engagement and Best Customer Engagement categories.
Marta Przybyl, customer service and sales manager, said: “I’m delighted to have made the finals of these awards as I’m so proud of our team – and it’s fantastic others can see how great we are too.
“By introducing several employee engagement activities and social events such as quiz nights, picnics, beach cleans, and charity fundraising events, we’ve made sure everyone in the team feels valued. We have achieved high employee retention and increased productivity, which has led to increased customer satisfaction with around 83% of people worldwide rating our customer services support as either good or excellent.
“It’s great that our customer engagement initiatives have been recognised too, including our increased social media activity and in-person events which aim to highlight our sustainability values.”
Winners will be crowed at an awards ceremony on Friday 23 September at Bristol Marriott Hotel City Centre.
