Cotton makes up approximately 75% of the world’s clothing products, and our environmentally conscious recycled cotton takes waste cotton material and repurposes it into beautiful new items.

WHAT IS RECYCLED COTTON?

Recycled cotton, also referred to as regenerated cotton, involves taking pre-consumer textile scraps or post-consumer garments and making them into a new material.

HOW IS RECYCLED COTTON MADE?

Sourced from Italian spinners holding GRS (Global Recycled Standard) and 4sustainability® accreditations, our suppliers take shredded up cotton waste and spin the fibres into the recycled cotton ready for production into new clothing garments.

BENEFITS OF RECYCLED COTTON

  • Lightweight and cooling – ideal for when temperatures start to creep up.
  • In utilising recycled cotton, the amount of energy, water, and dye to produce the material is considerably reduced as the cotton yarn has already been processed into an initial product.
  • Reduces the amount of cotton going into landfill.

HOW TO CARE FOR RECYCLED COTTON

  • Use a cool, delicate wash.
  • Allow to dry naturally.
