Celtic has been preparing with our logistics partners to ensure we were in the best position possible to handle the changes brought on by the UK leaving the EU.
This means that we can continue to guarantee our prices include all taxes and duties payable so you will not receive any surprise bills on delivery and our returns process remains free of charge from all countries.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will I have to pay any further taxes and duties once my goods are shipped to me?
No, all import taxes and duties are included within the price of our goods so you will not have to pay any more than is requested in our checkout process. If a courier asks for further payment please contact our customer services department.
Will I have to pay to return my goods?
No, all returns are free. If couriers request additional forms or payment please contact our customer services department and we will arrange this for you and extend the returns period to ensure you have time to send back your goods.
I am returning a product bought before Brexit (January 1st) and I am being asked to pay for the return by the courier.
Our systems were updated on the 25th of December to handle post-Brexit import and export documentation. If you ordered after the 25th of December there will be no issues returning your item using our regular process.
If you purchased your item before the 25th of December please contact our customer services department to arrange your return as these will require additional import paperwork.
I live in a country outside of the EU, will Brexit affect my order?
No, if you live outside of the EU then Brexit will have no impact on your order process.
