      We recommend protecting your leather goods with a protector spray. This will form an invisible shield to repel liquids and stains, and dry clear so is suitable for both footwear and clothing. If your leather boots have seen better days, start by using a soft brush to remove any mud or dirt, then use a universal cleaner to wipe them down. 

      When using leather cleaners on our products, we would advise you to do a small patch test on a discreet area initially before cleaning the entire product.

      This was returned to you on 2nd July and arrived to you on the 6th July. Awaiting refund. Unfortunately, beautifully made, but toe ring didn't feel comfortable for me.

      Really poor quality. Very thin leather strap, buckles held in by what looks loke metal staples.. not the quality expected from Celtic and Co. so disappointing poor show

      I have had these a week. Initially I was delighted with them they fit my wide feet, were comfy from the get go, looked lovely what more could I want? Walked down the lane with my dog, and the sole has come away from the cork foot bed. Given these are not cheap sandals I am appalled at how poor the durability has been after one week of wear….well more like a couple of days as I work from home and wear slippers during the day!! Just awful.

      After such a positive first impression, to have the sole come away after such minimal wear is incredibly disappointing. That’s not the level of durability we expect from our products, and we’re very sorry you’ve experienced this. Our sandals are designed to be comfortable and hard‑wearing, with cork footbeds and carefully bonded soles, so what you’ve described sounds like a genuine fault rather than normal wear.       These are a lovely quality sandals and would have been perfect and good value for money except they’re a bit on the small side, I normally wear a size 6 and ordered as such but the end of my toes rested against the raised footbed and the toe ring pressed against the webspace between the great toe and second toe so disappointing - had to send back, as there’s a discount I’ll try the 7 but I’m fearful they may be too big.
