Toe Cap Suede Ankle Boots

Unable to get my foot into them !

For the second time, the side zip model has been posted out to me.

I have requested the model with the zip at the heel of the boots.
Cos I am unable to get my foot into the side zip model.
The images I have seen most recently in your adverts are with a back zip . RETURNED again .

I ordered a size bigger than usual as per the advice on the website but they were far too big. Then ordered my usual size and they were still too roomy. There was something a strange about the design of these boots for me, they're a bit heavy and not a nice fit.

I ordered size 42 to allow for thick socks but the boots were so large they were falling off my feet - so I returned them and ordered a 41 ( one size down) and I cannot even get my feet into them!! How can there be so much difference in one size? Very disappointed.

Love these boots. Nice fit around the ankle, with room around the foot. These are so comfortable, right out the box.

Reordered these after returning size 39, a bit tricky to get on but length true to size. Hoping they will give a bit around the ankle as a really snug fit once the zip is up. However, am still awaiting refund for returned items nearly 1 month on? Such a shame they don't have an exchange policy, as currently these boots have cost me double! Another point worth mentioning - I was happy to use the discount code taking off 20%, I think these boots would be over priced at £169. I have a number of pairs of Celtic & Co boots, in different styles, have always been pleased with the timeless styling and quality, but sadly, the last 2 or 3 pairs I've ordered haven't quite matched up.

I really like these. I found them true to size - despite lots of other comments to the contrary - unless you want to wear thick socks. (I do however use a shoe horn to get them on easily, as I do with most of my similar footwear.)

Such a shame, but I'm not Cinderella on this occasion. I just couldn't squeeze my feet into these boots. Length wise they were fine but just not enough give to get the foot into the boot - a zip both sides would have done the trick. Had to return them, which is a real shame.

after reading reviews, ordered a size up, arrived swiftly, but too long, going to re-order a replacement in 38, hopefully these will be a better fit. The quality and style I really like.

Lovely quality boots but really disappointed as there is no way can I get these boots on. I won’t order next size up as I can see in reviews others have gone up a size but it’s made no difference.

I agree with the other reviewers on this boot, it is difficult to get your foot in. At first, I thought I got the wrong size because usually my foot just slips right in, but that was not the problem. I struggled for a bit. The it occurred to me that the back was caving in when I tried to force my foot, so I got my shoehorn (which most people don't use these days) and using it to keep the back of the boot rigid, my foot slipped right in. Once on, it fit perfectly. Love the look. I was going to return, but now I'm keeping. Use a shoehorn folks. Makes it a lot easier to get your shoes and boots on, and it keeps you from breaking down the back of your foot ware.

Gutted…these are such gorgeous boots…but impossible to even get my foot in. There must be a design fault. Such a shame as I really like them and the quality is great.

I purchased these boots which looked lovely but couldn’t get my foot inside despite the zip. Had to return.

The size 38 was really small so ordered the 39. Managed to get my feet into the boot but it was then too long in the foot but tight round the ankle! There seems to be something strange about the overall fit of these boots - it is a pity as they are really nice boots. This is the first time I have had any problems with boots from Celtic & Co.

Way too small as previous reviewer has said. Very difficult to get foot in - could do with an elastic panel somewhere. Have returned & disappointed.

Really liked boots but having to return as really small - couldnt get my feet into them! Hopefully the larger size will fit. I'm normally a size 38
