Size & Fit
Length: 58cm
Care
Hand wash only. When washing by hand, avoid twisting or wringing as this may damage the wool. Do not use fabric conditioner when washing. To remove excess water from the garment we recommend wrapping it in a towel and gently squeezing it before leaving the item to dry. Do not put on a spin cycle.  Lay the product out flat to dry, do not hang your wool garments. Allow to dry naturally away from all artificial heat sources.

I love this jumper. I have three in different colours and wear them all year round - soft, comfy and a lovely flattering style/shape

I have 4 of these slouch neck sweaters in different colours, This Geelong wool is the only wool I can wearable next to my sensitive skin.
I find them amazing. They wash well according to instructions and using the correct product and the dry nicely if you roll them in a towel to remove excess moisture and then drape them over a drying frame,
They do bobble a little but not excessively, I use a Wilkinson Sword hand razor to shave these off. I find it is the most effective way to remove them.
I see there is a beautiful new colour, Fennel, this year and I will be saving up for it. It will beautifully compliment my red hair and light skin.
Thank you Celtic and Co for producing such wearable jumpers,

I bought this jumper a few months ago and have worn it a number of times for occasions out. It has now got lots of pilling and the bobbles are hard to dislodge without spending hours hand picking them off. I bought the pale one and it shows up the most minor of marks and despite spot washing by hand with a wool friendly product the marks refuse to budge. It now looks old and not at all a ‘luxurious’ jumper for such expensive item. The body is way to long as are the arms and in all honest I should’ve sent it back as soon as it arrived. The neck style is unusual and that is the nicest thing about it!

Lovely soft wool jumper which is flattering and versatile. I like the neckline as its not tight. The hood doubles as a scarf in the cold. The colour is pretty true on the website for the colour I chose. Its blue with a green hint, so teal in my book! I love this style and I already have it in 2 other colours. I would love a burgundy one but the Wine colour was too brown.

I purchased this jumper on 31st Oct 2025, receiving it in November, and wore it quite a few times over the winter, washing it carefully twice. In February 2026 it started to unravel in the right armpit and I returned it to Celtic as it was only 3 months old. I have now had it returned to me with a comment that it had a substantial amount of general wear and a suggestion that I get it repaired. For a jumper on sale at £145 I do not think this is acceptable. I would have considered myself a good customer of Celtic & Co having purchased 12 items over 8 years, but it seems that the company does not value my custom and so I will not be purchasing again.

I usually find UK size 12 just a little tight but I bought the small having read the reviews and the small is just the right size for me. I LIKE THE COLOUR AND I LIKE THE NECK LINE. I am not so keen on the thinness of the sweater. It looks thicker in the photos. I also think it was too expensive for what it is.

I have three of these sweaters all gorgeous particularly elegant is the design around the neck, although I could manage without the hood. This is about the dark sage although the colour is that of sage, even light sage certainly it is not dark. Length is good about to hip bones or beyond. I only meant to buy one but having tried that one I got carried away!

I have 3 of these in XS. They are beautiful and flattering and wear and wash well. Recently I purchased a size S in the Next sale as there was no XS left. The XS is quite fitted on me but will stretch out a bit, so I expected the S to be a good fit. Imagine my surprise and disappointment to find that it was HUGE in comparison to the XS. I am a size 8-10 in tops normally but this S, in my opinion would have easily fitted a size 14. I don’t know if it was mis-sized or if that is how all the S fit. It went back needlessly to say. A tip on wearing this for those who find the neck a bit high and don’t know what to do with the volume of collar at the back: Just roll up the collar at the back into a loose roll, shape it at the shoulders into a loose cowl and wear like a cowl neck. Worn this way, when worn with a coat it doesn’t alter the collar shape. It is also, in my opinion, much more flattering and feminine when worn like this. I hope this helpful to someone.

I love these jumpers and have three in different colours already. I really wanted a red one too. The merlot is quite a browny red shade so unfortunately it didn't suit me and had to be returned. Hoping for some different shades in the future. They are generous in size so I would recommend going down a size.

I love these jumpers, this is my third one. I love these length, warmth, comfort, style and colours. They are great to wear if I go for a walk, it saves wearing a hat and scarf as it nestles on the back of my head and covers my ears and neck and stops my hood blowing off in the wind… I live on the coast!

I received this for Christmas and it fitted perfectly. Afterwards I checked the label and it said it was an x- small. I am a good size 10 so I would say this jumper comes up big. It is quite fitted on me but not tight and the sleeves are just the right length. Very pleased with it.

Unfortunately this jumper did not fit well; it was more fitted than it looks on the model and an odd length- neither long or a normal length. I am fairly long in the body and it stopped in an unflattering length. The material was also not soft- it actually felt synthetic. The colour was lovely though and the shape of the collar.

The neckline was too high for me, I returned it. Waiting for my refund now and the rest of my order

Beautiful fit shape and quality.

Big all over including too wide sleeves. Feel of the wool was hard like cotton. Also a fault at the back of the collar. Colour not deep enough. I have many Celtic sweaters, scarves and cardigans but this was disappointing.

I love this jumper. Bought it in sage colour. I’m tall and it fits well, though I’d have liked it slightly longer in the body. I’m already wearing it far more than I thought. I like the neckline. Much more interesting and flattering than a plain crew neck.

Beautiful jumper. Loose fit, lovely weight, gorgeous colour, soft fabric, love the slouchy hood / collar.

Lovely jumper, good fit and I almost immediately feel the warmth

Beautiful jumper arrived today with very big hole in it. So disappointed, and surprised it wasn’t picked up by quality check before dispatch. I ordered it in plenty of time as I wanted to wear it on Sunday. So I rang the customer service line, who although polite was not really interested and didn’t even want my order number, just wanted pictures emailed which is fine and I’ve done that but I was trying to expedite the process for return or refund so I could either get a replacement or a partial refund and try to mend myself. But the auto email response email says 3 working days to even respond, then time to return etc so totally unhelpful regarding me needing it on Sunday. Celtic co aren’t cheap which is fine but there needs to be a quality product and quality response to issues. Really disappointed and frustrated. I’m a long time customer but you definitely don’t reward loyalty in any helpful way. I’d appreciate a quicker response than waiting until the middle of next week to even be acknowledged. Thank you

Loved purchase so.much I bought a 2nd in a different colour. Nice lightweight texture but still very warm. I usually wear a 12/14 depending on brand and the medium was a good fit.

I love this jumper so much. I've never had a Geelong jumper before, but this is wonderful. I've been wearing it most days for a few months now, and there's been no pilling. Despite being sensitive to itchy fabrics, I'm happy to wear this with nothing underneath. If I had the money, I'd buy it in every other colour.

Lovely soft jumper

J
Jasmin

The jumper has a lovely quality and is very soft, but I am sending it back. It runs very big in size (both wide and long, also its sleeves, and I'm quite tall), so that it looks baggy and a bit shapeless on me. The colour (icelandic blue) is honestly a bit dull in my opinion, I would have preferred a richer, deeper colour - but that's personal of course. I might order a different colour in a smaller size as I love the neckline - not sure about it yet.

Delighted with this recent purchase from Celtic. I took it on a road trip this month when the weather was changing daily from chilly to warm in a few hours and it was perfect. Not too hot, but not cold either. The fit is lovely and I like the slouch neck which can, or not, be a hood.

I love this jumper so much. The wool is so soft, great against my skin and cosy too but not too heavy. The neckline really sets this piece aside from standard style knitwear. Very feminine and elevates the look without being too formal. I love the rolled hems. I new have this in Atlantic Blue and I had so many compliments on the red, I now have two.

Lovely quality wool. Not itchy. Good fit in the body. Sleeves 10cm too long, but shove up or turn up fine. It is more expensive than I would normally pay for a jumper, but it’s beautiful and will last me years, so it’s an investment in me not buying alternative ‘ok, but not quite right jumpers’. Have bought the blue also. Love them.
