Slouch Biker Ankle Boots

Bought these boots a couple of months ago but have only just started wearing them. Very comfortable from day one - no rubbing and true to size. I found the colour to be exactly as represented on the website picture which is very versatile and no strange smell (as per other review!). Highly recommend.

I don't think these boots are very good value at full price, I have bought better for less money, however I saw them in the sale and as I was attracted by the colour on the website, named taupe, I ordered them. I was disappointed when I opened the box to be met, firstly, by a strange and, to my mind, not particularly pleasant smell. I like the smell of leather but this was something different. Sadly, the colour didn't bear much resemblance to the boots pictured on the website, in my opinion they are more tan than taupe and darker than pictured. If you want a tan/ brown boot, then in the sale I would say they are a good buy, however, I already have tan boots, so I shall be returning them.
