When trying on your footwear for the first time, it may feel very tight across your toes and instep. This is nothing to worry about, as within an hour or so of wearing, the boots or slippers will loosen off as the wool starts to bed down and mould to your feet. So do not order a size bigger than you usually wear, otherwise they will end up too big for you. If you know you are a half size – then we recommend buying the size down unless you regularly buy up a half size.

      Care

30 degree gentle machine wash. Put the boots in a pillowcase to avoid drum marks from the washing machine. Machine wash on a 30 degree wool cycle with Celtic Wool Wash. This is the only wool wash that has been tried and tested over many years on our sheepskin footwear, so while others are available we can’t be sure that you will get the same results if you use them.

I bought a pair to replace the ones I have worn a lot for the last few years. Unfortunately they had split along the welt. I had to send the replacement pair back as they were too small. The size 12s are a snug fit, mostly because they are so very wooly. I am confident that they will wear in and become as comfortable as the old pair.

My husband had these slippers for years and loves them so I bought the same ones but he couldn’t even get his foot in. So small. So I have sent them back a week ago and I have had no acknowledgment of their return or my money back. Very very disappointed as I do try and use UK based companies.

Sorry to read they are too small. If you have any queries regarding your return, or ordering a larger size, please call our customer advisor line. Kind regards.

I had to return the size 9s I bought for my husband as they were so small his toes were scrunched up. The size 10 replacements are fine

My husband likes these slippers. Takes a few days to get used to, but this is due to the thickness of the wool. Great big sole so can take them out in the garden. These are his second pair we bought and that is many years ago so they are worth the price. I would recommend these slippers to my family and friends. Thank you 🙏

Got a pair of these to replace the older pair that I work out. The replacements are not nearly so nice, not as comfortable, lower quality, uncomfortable and come up too small. For £96 they should be better. If only they would make the older pattern Very disappointing

Thank you for your review, we will pass on your comments regarding the quality and style to our product team. Kindest regards

My husband is pleased with these lovely warm slippers. The sole is thick which is great for stepping outside. Good quality and nice style.
