Care

Hand wash only. When washing by hand, avoid twisting or wringing as this may damage the wool. Do not use fabric conditioner when washing.

To remove excess water from the garment we recommend wrapping it in a towel and gently squeezing it before leaving the item to dry. Do not put on a spin cycle.  Lay the product out flat to dry, do not hang your wool garments. Allow to dry naturally away from all artificial heat sources.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my granddaughter, the sleeves were too short and the neck didn't lie flat as it should have. Unfortunately the price label was lost in the Christmas melee so I was unable to return it. I am stuck with it and wear it myself having stretched the sleeves using a steam iron, I've done similar with the neck but it still doesn't lie properly. I won't be buying from Celtic again. O

Good morning we are very sorry that you were not pleased with this jumper, if the item had not been worn and we had been informed of the lost label we still would have accepted this back. Our apologies for ay disappointment caused. Kind regards Celtic & Co

Lovely item and great fit. I am a petite fitting and the sleeve length is just right for me.

The sleeves are too short and so is the jumper so I had to return it. Very disappointed. I hope short sleeves are not a new trend for Celtic. It is easy to turn a cuff back but one can't make the sleeves longer.

I’m really sorry the jumper didn’t meet your expectations — especially with the sleeves and overall length. When something arrives and the fit is almost right but not wearable, it’s genuinely disappointing, and I completely understand your concern. You’re absolutely right about sleeve length, A sleeve that’s too short can’t be fixed — and you shouldn’t have to compromise. Your comment about being able to turn a cuff back but not make sleeves longer is spot‑on. Not a new Celtic & Co trend, Shorter sleeves are not a new direction for Celtic & Co. However, some newer knitwear styles have: a boxier, more cropped silhouette, slightly shorter rib cuffs, or a relaxed drop-shoulder design that can appear shorter on the arm depending on height and arm length. We appreciate all our customer feedback and will of course pass yours on to the product team. Kind regards
