British wool cable detail gansey jumper with a relaxed fit and funnel neck, inspired by traditional fishermen’s ganseys. Seamlessly knitted with a grown-on neckline for a smooth finish, it features a prominent front cable design. Completed with a roll-edge hem and cuffs for a pared-back, modern feel grounded in natural warmth.

Our British Wool has a more rustic finish than our other yarns, giving it an authentic look and feel. Hardy and durable like the sheep it comes from, it will get better and better with age.  

If you are sensitive to wool, we recommend wearing one of our organic cotton tops underneath for additional comfort.

Care
Hand wash only. When washing by hand, avoid twisting or wringing as this may damage the wool. Do not use fabric conditioner when washing. To remove excess water from the garment we recommend wrapping it in a towel and gently squeezing it before leaving the item to dry. Do not put on a spin cycle.  Lay the product out flat to dry, do not hang your wool garments. Allow to dry naturally away from all artificial heat sources.
