The Button Detail Pleated Midi Skirt features a fully pleated design in wool with horn button detail and a side seam zip. It is fully lined for comfort and falls to midi length. Crafted in Bulgaria for refined quality.

Care
Hand wash only. When washing by hand, avoid twisting or wringing as this may damage the wool. Do not use fabric conditioner when washing. To remove excess water from the garment we recommend wrapping it in a towel and gently squeezing it before leaving the item to dry. Do not put on a spin cycle.  Lay the product out flat to dry, do not hang your wool garments. Allow to dry naturally away from all artificial heat sources.

Mine also arrived creased, but they mostly came out after hanging the skirt up. The skirt is beautiful and well made, but the sizing is very off. I purchased a US 6 based on the size chart but the actual skirt fits more like a US 12. So the waist is about 5” larger than the size chart indicates. I decided to keep the skirt and just get it tailored but something to keep in mind when purchasing.

It was creased on arrival but the creases disappeared on hanging in warmth. It is very large, especially on the waist. The fabric is a good weight and colour and the pleats are holding in place. I like the pleats all around the skirt (unlike your kilts- which should have all round pleats and don't).

Love the style of the skirt and the fabric colour. However, it was so creased when it arrived (it was in a very large bag so could slide around inside) and I could see that every time I sat down in it the creases would increase. Due to the creases it did not hang correctly. The pleats are very shallow and not pressed in. It does look different to the photo on website. I saw the bad reviews but still ordered as I thought they may be the exception - from my experience they are not.

Disappointing. Badly packed so the pleats were creased out of line which hanging for a couple of days didn’t help. The picture showed sharp pleats but there was no way the skirt would hang like this, it just looked untidy. Returned.

Item was ordered at the beginning of November and didn’t arrive until after Christmas! It does not hang properly, seemed poorly made and does not look anything like in the photo. Very disappointed. Sent back for a refund.

Enormous for a size 12 and very poor quality

The skirt would be a wonderful purchase. However, the shipping materials and lack of care has ensured that I cannot wear the skirt without a lot of work in attempting to get the sprinkles out and the pleats to lay properly again. You say that "you have addressed" the issue with the shipping department, however, we know it wasn't the shipping department itself that changed the shipping materials and directed the clothes to not be even protected by a plastic bag. Your response to this issue is unacceptable.

Looks great in the photos but skirt arrived a creased unwearable mess. It had been folded haphazardly and squashed into a brown paper delivery bag. Could be a beautiful skirt but absolutely no care had been when taken sending it out to me. I hope Celtic and Co have acted on my email to customer services and you have a better experience!

I have not had any issues with ordering until my recent order. The sweater is what I expected-- HOWEVER. What has happened to the shipping?? The sweater was late, and both pieces were shipped in thin paper envelopes with ONE piece of tissue paper around the pieces-- not even a plastic bag to protect these $200+ investments. The skirts pleats are wrinkled and I don't know if they can be re-ironed, due to the poor packaging. No more orders from this customer if this is how shipping is handled now.
