Q. When will my order arrive?
The speed of delivery depends on the postage you have selected, the country you are shipping to and whether your item was in stock when ordered. Where possible, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of placing an order, in fact the vast majority of orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
For the majority of in stock orders, UK delivery is made within four days of the order date. However, depending on the type of delivery, and the delivery location, it can take up to 15 working days for your order to be delivered. For international deliveries, please allow 28 days.
Q. What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If you have received an order confirmation email but no despatch email it is likely your order is still being made. If you are unsure whether your item was in stock when ordered please check your order confirmation email or your order status. Click here and login in to your account to see your order status.
If you have received a despatch email then all orders are sent on a trackable service and the details for expected delivery are included in your despatch email. This email will also include a parcel tracking number and a link to an online tracking page where you will be able to see the location of your order. Please check these tracking details before contacting us as due to the volume of queries we are currently receiving it will give a much faster answer.
