This is a beautiful garment. The stand up collar is flattering and fastens with a hook and eye. It is really nice to have the pockets and they turn inside out if you reverse it. It looks good skin side out or furry side out, more cuddly but still stylish. Size-wise it is true to size in my opinion. I am a 12 and the 12 fits perfectly so I would not advise sizing up. The longer length is attractive and great draught-proofing. Now I want some black Celt boots please Santa!

Another gorgeous creation from Celtic. My Toscana gilet, well-used, has been feeling a little short recently so I had this for my birthday. It's lovely. I'm wearing it now. The skin side is soft and smooth; the furry side is curly-ish, not tight curls at all (though I guess sheep differ) but soft and luxurious. The garment is not heavyweight but beautifully warm on your back. The stand-up collar is flattering and fastens with a large hook and eye but there is no other fastener, which surprised me. I might add something at the waist just to hold it together on cold days. The pockets are great and can be turned through when you reverse it. Size-wise, there is no need to order a bigger size in my opinion. I am a regular 12 but tried the 12 and 14. The 14 looked like I was wearing a hearthrug whereas the 12 is stylish and fits well even over a thick jumper. I prefer it furry side in as it looks more shapely, though I had to trim off the label. Very pleased overall, thanks Celtic. Now I want some black boots to go with it!

Love the Himalayan gilet, very handy to have pockets. Don't want to take it off.
