Bought it to wear for puppy training classes - big front pockets on both sides, ideal for easy access to training treats - and wore it last Sunday. As soon as we arrived the trainer commented "love your top", and it worked well during the class, so I'm pleased. However, when I washed it the fabric was very stiff to handle when it came out of the machine, and ironing it was a major challenge and took ages to do. I'm hoping it will soften up and get easier the more it is washed...

I have tried it on but I haven't actually worn it yet. I am a professional artist and I am saving it for a couple of art holidays I am tutoring in summer. The only thing I am not too keen on is the fact that there is no zip or any opening at the neck. The garment just has to be pulled on and off over the head and, as the material isn't stretchy, this can be a bit difficult. Also it would be nice if there was some way of opening it at the neck if the weather turns extra warm. What I would really like is a 9 inch zip down the front so it could be worn open-necked if desired and it would also help with getting off and on. Before the summer I am going to take the smock to a dressmaker and get such a zip put in. I think it will be worth it.

Thank you for your feedback on how we can improve this garment -which has been passed onto our Product & Merchandising team.
