When trying on your footwear for the first time, it may feel very tight across your toes and instep. This is nothing to worry about, as within an hour or so of wearing, the boots or slippers will loosen off as the wool starts to bed down and mould to your feet. So do not order a size bigger than you usually wear, otherwise they will end up too big for you. If you know you are a half size – then we recommend buying the size down unless you regularly buy up a half size.

Love everything about these boots - and most of all the comfort factor. I don't want to take them off!!

Purchased as a present for my wife and she is extremely pleased with the design , feel and robust construction of the boots . We do a lot of walking in all weathers , over various terrains , together with our dog and the boots have been a superb support to her . She considers they are the best boots she has ever owned and as we are both retired that comprises a lengthy period of time during which she has used boots .

I bought a pair of Aqualambs from you many years ago and loved them. There was a better colour choice in them back then (only one colour in this range now). However, my order came very quickly and I have tried them on and they feel gorgeous. I haven’t gone out in them yet, saving them for colder weather. The only thing I would say is it would be nice if the top cut edge was bound instead of left raw. I see the you have done this with other ranges. Anyway, I am being picky here. To sum up, lovely boots and great service. You have won me back after wearing Uggs for a few years - nice to buy British!

Hi Rosemary, thank you for your feedback. We can customise any of our home produced boots for you, give us a call and we can sort this for you in the future. :)

Great boots, comfort and quality and British too. I have to make frequent trips to the garden (puppy training) and these are just the job to keep me warm, cosy and dry.

They'll be perfect for those early morning wet grass walks once the pup is out and about as well Clare! :-)
