Love this silky smooth soft 100% linen material. The shirt has a great shape - very flattering. Already ordered the one in blue as well. I am 5' 7" and 135 and the Small fits perfectly.
It’s as easy to wear as it looks in the photo. Fabulous fabric and comfy fit.
I’d already ordered and returned the linen/cotton sweatshirt - it was comfortable but, frankly, looked rather ordinary in my opinion and I need to feel a little more ‘wowed’ to spend £50 on what, for me, would be an everyday garment. HOWEVER, I LOVE the linen boat neck top..... it’s a little more expensive but then it is 100% linen. The cut is good and the seam detail across the shoulder and back is stylish, lifting this top very much “out of the ordinary”. I’m 72, 5ft 2ins and size 14, 34D but often buy (especially cheaper) tops in size 16 as I dislike “cling”. The website showed only 1 in stock in size 14 in navy/antique rose stripe so I grabbed it and waited with 🤞. I was so lucky, it’s a perfect fit for me, somehow elegantly smart casual! Following other reviews I ordered a size 10 instead of my usual 12 and I am glad I did as it was perfect. Very comfortable and I look forward to wearing it when the hot weather returns. Arrived quickly too with minimum of packing.
I've ended up buying both the pink and the blue/pink stripe as I love the look and feel of this garment. It's light and comfortable and looks great. Linen never felt like this before: fabulous.
I'd been looking at this top for a while. I'm not a pink person, thought the blue with the fine pink horizontal lines might be fine. Having read the reviews thought the large size might fit as a couple of reviews indicated that the width was on the larger side. The top arrived today and fitted loosely over my ample hips. The fabric is fine knit, with the loose fit it would be good on hot days. Today is a bit breezy, so I've worn it with strappy black top underneath. Lovely. Delivery by the Royal Mail was supper quick too.
I was tempted to try this top on a whim. I was packing for my holiday and saw it on sale and thought it worth a try. I’m so glad that I did, it fits beautifully and the blush stripe is great with cream linen trousers and ivory jeans. It also looks great with the cotton oatmeal cardi I bought in the spring and have hardly worn. I would definitely be buying the navy stripe too if there was a size 14 available. I’ll look out for this style again next year. Size wise I’m 5’4” and a busty size 14 with slim hips. Buying tops is difficult as they almost always pull across the bustline unless I go up a couple of sizes. Both this and the dove grey dolman top fit beautifully in a 14.
Love the look and quality but the sizing was wrong. I have returned it for a size 8 (and I am always a size 10).
