Can I still place an order and have it delivered?
Yes, the website and warehouse are fully open and we are still delivering parcels worldwide.
I live in the US. Are you still delivering to the USA?
Yes, we are operating a normal service to the US.
What precautions are you taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Our warehouse team are operating to the highest possible hygiene standards. We are running the warehouse on a smaller team than usual to strictly adhere to the governments distancing policies.
Can I still receive delivery of my parcels?
Yes, deliveries are running as usual and you will get a tracking number with your order. All our our couriers are offering contact free delivery and If you are self-isolating you can leave delivery instructions for the courier on your order.
How are you making deliveries safe?
We have implemented policies in our warehouse to ensure our staff and your product are kept safe. Our couriers are all operating contact free deliveries to get your parcels safely to you. It is recommended and good practice to wash your hands after each delivery.
Is your store in Newquay open?
No, the Newquay shop is currently closed. We will r-open when it is safe to do so.
I'm self-isolating. How do I return a product?
We have extended returns up to 60 days. This applies to all countries we delivery to, if you are still struggling please get in touch with our Call Centre at the earliest opportunity and we will be as flexible as possible.
How long will it take to get my refund?
We are processing refunds as usual. Most refunds are processed within 14 days of the parcel coming back to the warehouse.
