Size & Fit
When trying on your footwear for the first time, it may feel very tight across your toes and instep. This is nothing to worry about, as within an hour or so of wearing, the boots or slippers will loosen off as the wool starts to bed down and mould to your feet. So do not order a size bigger than you usually wear, otherwise they will end up too big for you. If you know you are a half size – then we recommend buying the size up unless you regularly buy down a half size.
Care
30 Degree Gentle Machine Wash
Put the boots in a pillowcase to avoid drum marks from the washing machine. Machine wash on a 30 degree wool cycle with Celtic Wool Wash. This is the only wool wash that has been tried and tested over many years on our sheepskin footwear, so while others are available we can’t be sure that you will get the same results if you use them.

Had these for Christmas but sadly far too small - my daughters who are a size smaller than I am could hardly get them on. The quality is excellent however so I will just swap them for a larger size.
I love these slippers. I practically live in them since I work from home. I wore the bootee slippers for years, and loved them too, however this time I wanted a slip on for the warmer weather. They wash really well - I put them in a mesh bag and wash on a hand wool wash cycle with a gentle wool detergent, reshape, stuff with something to keep the shape (like paper towels) and let air dry. Perfect!
Lovely quality and gorgeous colour. Very warm and comfortable. Ordering was straightforward and delivery ( standard) took four days. Delighted C and Co are using Royal Mail rather than a hit and miss delivery firm.

I bought these and hoped they would stretch as I have a high instep. Unfortunately they never stretched enough to be truly comfortable and stay on properly and I have finally abandoned them. The length and width were perfect. It was just the height. Expensive mistake. Lovely slippers, just not for me.
