Material
Suede is a high-quality form of leather, made from the underside of the animal hide. It's characterized by a soft smooth surface. It is softer and thinner than full grain traditional leather, so it not as strong but has it’s own unique beautiful characteristics.
Care
30 Degree Gentle Machine Wash
Put the boots in a pillowcase to avoid drum marks from the washing machine. Machine wash on a 30 degree wool cycle with Celtic Wool Wash. This is the only wool wash that has been tried and tested over many years on our sheepskin footwear, so while others are available we can’t be sure that you will get the same results if you use them.

I ordered size 8 which felt small. I didn’t like the sole of those and they felt hard. Also painful between the toes because it was a thick piece of material there. I returned. I understood that shoes are better purchased from a specialised retailer. Although perhaps with wear they make have become better. I just don’t think it’s worth the risk for that amount of money.

It saddens me to say this as I am usually very pleased with the quality of your products. Unfortunately these "flip flop's" were simply extremely poor quality, very uncomfortable, too small and far too expensive... Disappointed and on their way back!

I love these flip flops and have been buying them over many years when I need to replace them, as I wear them all of the time in the house all year round and they wear out. They are perfect for my feet and so comfortable.

The flip-flops were perfect except I had space in front of my toes but at the back there was no space so the edge of the shoe was pressing into my heal making it extremely uncomfortable. Size was actually correct but the toe post wasn't far enough forward for me. Really regretted having to send them back.
Very comfortable suede mule. On the large size & wide fitting, suits my feet. True to size
Great shoes, I got them for the house. I have very narrow and shallow feet, and these fit me very well indeed. Most other flip flop shoes are uncomfortable for me. I think the leather is also starting to mould to my foot even more as I use them.
I wanted to love these so much, they looked a beautiful as the photographs, but I've had to return I'm afraid. The fit is quite odd, the toe post is set a way back so my foot came off the back of the footbed and felt really very uncomfortable. Love Celtic, but not so much these I'm afraid.
