Size & Fit
When trying on your footwear for the first time, it may feel very tight across your toes and instep. This is nothing to worry about, as within an hour or so of wearing, the boots or slippers will loosen off as the wool starts to bed down and mould to your feet. So do not order a size bigger than you usually wear, otherwise they will end up too big for you. If you know you are a half size – then we recommend buying the size up unless you regularly buy down a half size.
Care
Sponge Clean With Wool Detergent
For styles which are sponge clean only, we recommend using our Celtic Wool Wash in cold water to gently remove any dirt or stains on your boots.
Always allow to dry naturally, away from all artificial heat sources.
Once dry, gently brush with our Multi-Purpose Suede Brush.
Do not:
- Soak
- Use fabric conditioner
- Use artificial heat to dry
- Dry in direct sunlight

Write a reviewI love these and buy them repeatedly . They’re really comfy around the house, warm in the winter and have hard enough soles for nipping outside. I like supporting this British eco friendly company and the fact that they use natural fabrics and materials. They feel a little tight when you first get them but relax true to size within a day or two.
I love my new knitted upper slippers. If I was buying again, I would consider a larger size because the sheepskin is so fluffy that my heel is almost overhanging at the back! (I wear them with socks sometimes.) Despite this, they feel lovely on my feet because they are so soft and comfortable. Packaging is so critical and I was delighted to see that there was no plastic at all, not even sellotape. They were instead beautifully presented in entirely recyclable materials.
Very cosy and warm. Perfect for what I wanted and you can tell the quality. I was worried they were a bit on the expensive side, but they are actually worth it. I've worn them every day since they got here.

Disappointed that they didn't have the little Union Jack on the fleece like my old did, but are excellent as usual from Celtic Sheepskin!
