The Telegraph - Taking on the mighty UGG boot from a tiny corner of Cornwall
From the bustling streets of London to the coastal town of Newquay, the Telegraph decided to pay our factory a little visit.
Telegraph Enterprise Editor - Rebecca Burn-Callander spent the day with us, interviewing Nick and Kath (the owners and founders of Celtic & Co if you didn't already know). She then enjoyed an in depth tour of the factory floor, witnessing a pair of Celt calf boots in her choice of colour (she was adventurous and went for Atlantic Blue) being hand crafted from start to finish. This, as with all visitors of the factory, left her speechless and amazed. Until you see how the magic happens, you can't quite believe all the stages, care and attention that goes into making each and every pair of our British sheepskin boots, slippers and flip flops.
Read Rebecca's feature about Celtic & Co.'s journey, British manufacturing and our plans for the future by clicking here. There's also a video showing Rebecca's boots being made - filmed by our Press Officer, Emma Limn (but edited and 'jazzed' up by Chris Stone at the Telegraph). Enjoy!
Please feel free to get in contact regarding any image requests. We have both cut-out & lifestyle shots of every product we offer. We would also be delighted to loan you some samples too! Please contact Emma Limn on +44 (0)1637 870 059 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
