Size & Fit
When trying on your footwear for the first time, it may feel very tight across your toes and instep. This is nothing to worry about, as within an hour or so of wearing, the boots or slippers will loosen off as the wool starts to bed down and mould to your feet. So do not order a size bigger than you usually wear, otherwise they will end up too big for you. If you know you are a half size – then we recommend buying the size down unless you regularly buy up a half size.

Write a reviewLast Forever - I ordered a pair of these hardy slippers more than 5 years ago. I wear them day and night, summer and winter. My feet love them. The fleece is worn a little thin over the years, but they are still rock solid and they may last another 5 years. I will buy another pair before then. I just gave them a good looking over. I found only ONE stich that has failed on the heal - over 5 years of daily use. Everything else looks like the day I bought it. The products here are the real McCoy. No chinese junk.
I have been wearing these slippers for 15 years. When one pair wears out I buy another pair. I am on the my 5th so about 3 years of daily wear around the house. I do wish they would reintroduce the camel colour but the blue colour is very smart. They are true to size but you have to wear them to loosen/soften them.
These are the second pair of sheepskin slippers from Celtic that my husband has had, he wears them all the time at home. Because of the sheepskin lining he goes up a size from a 9 to10. This isn’t a problem if I remember when ordering which I didn’t and had to return and send for the ‘right’ size! Very good quality and good value.
Warm as toast and very posh. Worth every penny and I look forward to many hours of service from them .

I bought these slippers for my husband who has constantly cold feet and chilblains. They are warm and cosy and fit his feet well but best of all, he no longer suffers with chilblains.
