This coat is beautiful, a tiny bit too big, I’m a standard medium for everything, but it’s a style that should be big. I ain’t sending it back, nobody’s having it off me back! I’ve tugged every zip and sleeve, the dog even had a go, this isn’t going to fall apart!

Just to say that at over £1200 there really does need to be a wide variety of both coat and arm lengths to provide the suggestion of a tailored fit. To have to turn back the cuffs it a bit cheap.

It's a solid coat. That is: It doesn't just feel sturdy but it's really quite heavy as well. As with the other review, I got the coat in a very light colored dry suede instead of the brown in the pictures. At 1m90 the Large is almost-but-not-quite too big for me. The model in the pictures has his hands in his pockets for a reason: If you're not crazy tall, expect to be folding back the cuffs (like in the product pictures). Or walk with your hands in your pockets all day, evidently. I would have liked an inside pocket to stash my phone. A two way zipper may not be traditional either, but would sure be a functional addition (especially since you'll be using your trouser pockets now). The liner inside the outer pockets is a nice touch. In all, it's a solid albeit a little basic tank of a duffle that feels like it will last me forever.

Very Very pleased with the duffle. Superbly manufactured with great attention to detail. I’m 1 Happy Guy……….now just need some freezing weather……

A high quality and good looking coat. Highly recommend, with the two caveats below: On arrival, the leather was very dry and more yellowish brown than on the picture. It almost seemed as if the coat had been used for a long time. However, Chamberlain's leather milk fixed all that, and gave it a dark warm brown colour that I like very much. I am 185cm high and has a body similar to the model in the picture. Bought size SMALL, but my coat goes at least 15-20 cm further down my thighs that on the picture. From top of front zipper to bottom, my coat is 80cm. Similarly, the arms are also long. My coat measures 45cm from the armpit to the sleeve-end. Looks alright when wrapped double at the sleeve (like St Claus), but I doubt this was the intention. So I would recommend XS to people my size, if Celtic had this coat in XS.
