really comfortable , lovely fit, cannot fault them

Lovely looking boots, very soft leather, initially a little snug around my high instep but have settled well. Good height, comfortable to wear all day. Work with trousers, skirts and dresses.

These boots are beautiful but sadly they are very narrow and even with the laces loosened they were still too narrow. So they have been returned.

I'm not a size 38 - I bought these for my daughter and she loved them. Unfortunately after a month or so of wear she noticed one heel had become damaged. Not sure how they are made but it didn't feel like a single solid construct which is what a block heel generally implies. Don't know if we got unlucky or whether it is due to cheaper construction methods. Celtic have refunded us so no complaints about the company returns policy, but just something to check when receiving them.

I never buy shoes on line so was a bit concerned they wouldn't be comfortable or fit well. I bought them in leather and they fit perfectly and are extremely comfortable, the leather is lovely and the soles are flexible making them really comfortable. I have slim ankles so would have preferred them to be a little more fitted as I've pulled the laces as tight as they'll go, but otherwise I absolutely love them.

Bought 2 pairs of shoes in different sizes and needed to return one. But they made it so very difficult to just prepare the shipping label!!! Do not buy anything from this site if you think you might need to return something, it is not worth your time and effort!

I have high arches and these boots were difficult to get on. However, by loosening the laces, they fitted fine (especially after 'breaking them in' by wearing around the house for increasing time intervals) Otherwise, good quality, stylish and (eventually) very comfortable.

I purchased these boots in 2 colours, sand and black - thinking the black more practical but keen to try the sand as more stylish for special occasions. They felt very different: the sand fitted perfectly, felt soft and comfortable and zipped with ease, but the black were stiffer and harder to slip the foot into, and I struggled to do the zip up on one boot - definite red flag. Difficult to believe this was essentially the same product but a different colour!

Lovely, stylish boots which, in my opinion, fit true to size. Have only worn them out once but they were comfortable to walk in with just the right amount of height to go with a mid calf, tiered skirt. Obviously they are not as cheap as some boots of a similar design, but they are good quality and I'm pleased I bought them.

Lovely boots but extremely tight for me across the instep (my normal size 38 instead of sizing down as recommended ). I wore them for a short uncomfortable amount of time around the house wondering if they will ever give or to send them back ... My feet are on the wider side but I have other boots from Celtic and they fit fine, so sizing up in these would make them too long for me. If you know that you have a high instep I would not recommend these boots.
