Where complaints relate to other areas of the business, those responsible for those areas will be made aware of the issue and may contact the complainant if appropriate. We strive to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible and always aim for a resolution that maintains the customer's trust in the business.

Your responsibilities if you breach these terms

You agree that if you breach these terms, or if any liabilities are incurred as a result of your use of this website, you will be responsible for any costs and expenses that we or our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers incur as a result of the breach, including reasonable legal fees (if any). You remain responsible if someone else uses your shopping account and/or your personal information, unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent.

Celtic & Co. TM Coupons and Offers .

Only one offer can be used per order. Certain offers are limited to one use per customer, all offers are subject to potential availability, and Celtic & Co. TM reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer at any time.

Vouchers can only be used for orders of equal or greater value than the voucher and can never be replaced with cash.

If necessary, the complete code-specific offer conditions can be found at the source, for example at the bottom of an e-mail or in a catalog.

Where monetary reduction is offered, the minimum spend will be quoted at source, e.g. £10 reduction subject to a minimum spend of £10, £20 reduction subject to a minimum spend of £20, and can only be used once per customer.

Unless explicitly stated, offer codes are not valid on discounted products or janitorial products and exclude gift sets and gift cards.

Unless otherwise stated, offer codes are only good for one purchase per customer. Celtic and Co. reserves the right to cancel any order using an offer code that has already been used once by the customer.

Free delivery offers only apply to UK addresses unless explicitly stated otherwise. Celtic and Co. reserves the right to cancel or charge for delivery of orders destined to addresses outside of the UK with a free delivery offer.

Offers and discount codes are not valid on aerosol products, Celtic & Co. TM reserves the right to cancel the purchase of any aerosol product if a discount has been applied to it.

If you place an order that qualifies for a free gift and then return a product, the order no longer meets these criteria, so the free gift must also be returned or the value of the free gift will be deducted from your refund.

Knit masks are not eligible for promotions and special offers.

Fixed amount offers
This offer cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be used for cleaning and maintenance products. Offer available for orders over £20. No cash alternative is offered. The £20 discount applies equally to all items purchased. If any part of the order is returned, the amount of the refund for those items will be prorated against the £20 discount originally provided. When placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All orders are subject to product acceptance and availability.

Information relating to the availability of products is indicated in the description of each product. If does not have enough stock to deliver the products you have ordered, we will split your order and dispatch all in-stock items, with out-of-stock items dispatched as soon as they become available.

All prices shown on are correct at the time the information is entered, but we reserve the right to change prices for any product at any time. All prices include VAT, where applicable.

No contract for the sale of a product will exist between you and until we have accepted your order by dispatching the product to you. In this case, we will confirm our approval by sending you a dispatch confirmation email.

This confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address indicated in your order form and will detail the products ordered, the method of payment, the cost (VAT and postage included) and the usual delivery times.

You should check that all details in this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an e-mail from us indicating the reasons for this refusal.

Discount offers cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards.


The stated delivery time in which you will receive your order is approximate. Items will be sent to the address you provided in your order. If you order several items, they may be sent to you in several installments if certain items are out of stock. Orders outside the UK will be held until all items are in stock.

If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package has reached your country. You must pay any additional costs for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

If you provide us with instructions relating to the delivery of your order (including, but not limited to, instructions for leaving the products in a particular place, in a shed or at a neighbour's), you are responsible for the accuracy of these instructions and we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage to the product resulting from following your instructions. Our delivery partners are also not responsible for compliance with these instructions.

If your order has not been delivered to you, you must notify us within 14 days of the day it was dispatched. 

Payment accepts most major credit or debit cards. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validity checks and authorization by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Cancellation of an order / Return procedure

If you have not placed an order, you can remove items from your basket at any time by clicking on the "Remove" button next to the product you do not wish to add to the basket.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been passed to our warehouse for dispatch, we should be able to cancel your order in its entirety. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to be delivered and follow our return policy.

You will be responsible for all costs incurred in returning goods to, unless the return is the result of our error. In case of incorrect, defective or damaged items, please contact us before sending them back.

Please note that our gift wrapping service is non-refundable.

Cancellation of the contract

Under consumer contract regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges. Once you have notified us of your intention to cancel (notification must be made in a durable format: letter or email), you will need to return the item(s) by post at your own cost.

Any monies charged to your credit or debit card will be credited back to this account within 14 days of receipt, provided the items you return are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you (tags intact).

If you exercise your right of cancellation under consumer contract regulations, you must return the goods to us at your expense. When returning items you must take reasonable steps to ensure that we receive them and that they are not damaged in transit, by sending them by a tracked delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or something similar, with a recognized courier, so that we receive them within 14 days of canceling the contract.

If you wish to cancel your order after 14 days, please follow the procedure described in our return policy.

Return procedure

You may return most items sold by within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. This does not apply to sale items, which must be returned within 14 days. For more information, please refer to our return policy .


We will never ask for personal details by email. If you receive an unsolicited email asking for your login details , please contact our Customer Service team immediately.

Legal liability

If an error is found in the price of the goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. We are not obligated to fulfill an order for a product that has been advertised at an incorrect price. If you order an item and the price published on www.celticandco.comis incorrect for any reason, we will email you to let you know that we have not accepted your order and it has been cancelled. You will be informed of the correct price of the product in question. You can re-order if you wish. If you have already paid for the items under the circumstances described in this clause, we will refund the full amount to you within 30 days of the order date. If you decide to place a new order at the correct price, a separate transaction will be recorded on your credit card.

In the unlikely event that you receive items which are not what you ordered, which are damaged or faulty, or which differ in quantity from that stated on your order form, we will make up for any shortfalls or shortfalls in delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective items.
