Sheepskin Bodywarmer

I was so disappointed, this was far too roomy. Clothing sizes seem to have totally changed in recent years. It would now be helpful if retailers stated the actual garment measurements rather than the size they were attributing.I measured this across the chest as 36”, that is not a size 8. I would not have ordered had this information been available. The quality was excellent and it was a lovely colour, I was very disappointed I could not get a smaller size.

I had the black body warmer in a 14 - I’m 5ft 8, it is a lovely length and fits well over a polo neck jumper. Keeps me warm whilst sitting in coffee shops/gyms. Ideal as an extra layer under a thin coat. Highly recommended and excellent quality.

This is a beautifully made gilet and perfect for those days when it is chilly but not freezing enough to wear a coat! I did take some time to decide whether to buy it or not, given it is a lot of money to spend on an item of clothing (at least for me!) but I am so glad I did.

This is lovely quality and would be a really useful item for middling cold days. I'm only giving this 4* because of the sizing. Other reviews seem confused as to whether it comes up big or small so I ordered my normal size 10. It has very little shape to it and I found it snug over the boobs but otherwise ok over a thin top. I dithered as to whether to keep it or not but decided eventually that I would mostly need to wear it over a sweater and there was no way it was big enough for that. I can't decide what to do now as the shoulders fitted fine and I think a 12 might swamp me.

I’m so glad I bought my new gilet after giving this a lot of thought. I’m always needing an extra layer and decided I would have a great deal of use all year round from this particular black, leather body warmer. I chose a size 12 although I can often need a size 14 to allow my shoulders enough room to move freely. It really is a gorgeous item as the leather is so soft , smooth and sleek which helps it to hang well around my contours. I know I will always feel snug when I wear this practical garment made entirely from natural material.

So so so beautiful! I was slightly nervous because it is quite some money for a gilet, but this bodywarmer is just beautiful. Neither shiny nor cheap looking which can happen with black leather, I would call it sophisticated and versatile. I am usually between size and 12 (mostly 12 for shoulders, 10 for bust), I ordered a size 10 and it fits well, I can wear a thicker jumper underneath, but with a shirt or blouse it still would not look bulky. I was surprised about the length though, it is longer than I anticipated, but this is probably a difference between a gilet (which I would expect to be shorter) and a bodywarmer. Anyway, I am totally happy with it and am looking forward wearing it extensively during cold periods.

Sie verlangen ernsthaft für eine Weste, die 760,00€ kostet, zusätzlich eine Versandgebühr von 5,00€? Sorry, aber DAS geht gar nicht. Auch frage ich mich, warum diese Weste überhaupt so teuer ist. Haben Sie dafür eine plausible Erklärung? Ich sehe Ihrer öffentlichen Antwort gespannt entgegen... Leider gibt es kein vernünftiges Bewertungssystem, so dass man (ohne das Produkt in Händen gehalten zu haben) nur eine relativ unqualifizierte Bewertung abgeben kann. Für ein solches teures Produkt sehr fragwürdige Methoden...

I absolutely love this gilet! The quality is fantastic. I got the black and was worried that it might look a bit "shiny" and thin based on the pictures but it is so not - it is very luxe and the quality of the lamb leather amazing. I ticked a little small as I am a 14-16 depending on the product and the 16 was fine for me (if slightly snug around the hips when zipped up) but only if I don't want to wear a thicker jumper under it. I don't tend to do so and I decided not to return it as I thought the 18 might be too large.

Beautiful craftsmanship, really supple leather. Extremely soft outside and in. Very warm. Neck is a little stiff and will take some wearing in but that’s fine because it’s better high to keep wind out. Pockets are a bit thin and hard to get phone in and out but that’s what keeps the shape. Nice a long!

Absolutely loved this gilet unfortunately came up too small I have two other coats from Celtic one a parka I’m a 18 my coat is medium fits perfect, the other a aviator jacket a 18 fits perfect but this body warmer is way too small the armpits and chest just not cut with enough room to wear a jumper or even a tea shirt underneath, most disappointed hope you can make a bigger size sometime .

I got this in black. It is stunning. TTS and fit is like a glove. I feel like a million bucks wearing this. One of my best purchases ever.
