Bought this on the sly while my husband wasn't looking and picked a good moment to show him. Thank goodness he loved it. I am a size 18/20 so was worried it would look like more like a tartan furry brooch rather than an actual poncho but it is beautiful. Could be longer to accommodate my ample top half and long back but it is one size fits all so can't really complain. The fur is luxurious and soft although I'm not sure I am buttoning it correctly as it keeps slipping off. That said, a wonderful purchase of my first ever poncho. What really is appealing to me is that it isn't really thick so is perfect for those days that aren't bitter but where you want to feel snuggly without overheating. I thought it wouldn't look nice without the fur collar but actually it looks very stylish when you funnel neck the collar. Delightful.

Wow! I first saw this poncho when it was full price at £480. Despite the fact that I fell in love at first sight, I knew I couldn't justify the outlay and resigned myself to never owning it. Come the sale I was amazed to see it reduced to just £144 with a 70% discount. Now I had a reason to spend my Christmas money! What an ansolute bargain! Everything about this poncho screams quality: the fine lambswool check fabric with bound edging, the embellished horn buttons and the stylish slanted pockets (a must for me in any jacket). But then comes the collar - a wide band of the softest sumptuous Toscana lambskin with two furrier hooks to give a snuggly funnel neck fastening. The whole piece is simply stunning and sublimely sophisticated. I am going to feel very special when I wear this. Everyone deserves a little luxury and now you don't have to max out the card to get it!
