To celebrate our 30th anniversary we’ve launched a special Icon edition of our Bootee Slipper in Dark Grey. A one off 30th anniversary label has been added to these limited edition slippers to give you a piece of our history.
Refined comfort for the man in your life, our bootee slipper is the last word in downtime luxury.
Crafted in British shearling, these slippers feature a flexible cuff that can be worn up for extra coverage or turned down to reveal the tonal fur inside. The lightweight nature of the sole belies its durability, so he can happily move from inside to out without kicking his new favourite footwear off.
Want to upgrade your gift? This slipper can be personalised, simply let us know the name of your loved one and we'll stamp it on in silver or gold foil. Why stop there? With options for ladies and kids, the whole family can kick back in style!

Size & Fit
When trying on your footwear for the first time, it may feel very tight across your toes and instep. This is nothing to worry about, as within an hour or so of wearing, the boots or slippers will loosen off as the wool starts to bed down and mould to your feet. So do not order a size bigger than you usually wear, otherwise they will end up too big for you. If you know you are a half size – then we recommend buying the size up unless you regularly buy down a half size.
Care
Machine Washable
We recommend that you wash boots & slippers on a maximum of 30 degree wool cycle, using ONLY Celtic Wool Wash liquid that is suitable for automatic washing machines.
- Do not soak
- Do not use fabric conditioner
- Do not use artificial heat to dry
- Do not dry directly in Sunlight
Celtic & Co. products are made with the highest quality craftsmanship and sourced from the finest materials available. While these materials have been treated with premium dyes, some dye transfer may occur onto light clothing or furniture – as with any deep, richly dyed material.

I bought my first pair of these slippers in about 2011. Over the years wear and tear ( literally) take their toll, but my slippers got new leases of life from a pair of woolly (Celtic)insoles every few years. Eventually, after the sole and heel started to part from the bootee, I used Gorilla tape to mend, ( including a tear), and this fix has worked very well for months. The Gorilla tape ( best of its kind) is very tough! Finally decided to get a new pair for "best", and am delighted. It does look as though the sole has been beefed up which is great. Without doubt the best slippers available- and perfectly ok to wear in a blistering summer.
