Size & Fit
When trying on your footwear for the first time, it may feel very tight across your toes and instep. This is nothing to worry about, as within an hour or so of wearing, the boots or slippers will loosen off as the wool starts to bed down and mould to your feet. So do not order a size bigger than you usually wear, otherwise they will end up too big for you. If you know you are a half size – then we recommend buying the size up unless you regularly buy down a half size.

Write a reviewI have purchased 5 pairs of these slippers over the years. They are so comfortable to wear and keep my feet warm in the winter. They are well made and hard wearing. The sizing is rather odd, I’m a 7.5 but buy a 9 in this slipper. Once they wear in, one can then wear thin socks with them too.
My second pair of these wonderful cobi slippers! They are snug, very soft and just bliss to sink your feet into at night time. They wear extremely well and with the added rubber sole over the leather, should last a long time. I love Celtic slippers, they are so very cosy…….Thank you!
I bought these as an alternative to the knitted Cribba slippers, which don’t seem to be available anymore. I have to say I am disappointed. Firstly the sole is soft, which I wasn’t used to and after a few months are still not as comfortable as the slippers. The fit is snug, which is fine given the type of shoe but is awkward at the heel to put on and take off. Overall, I didn’t find these comfortable to wear all the time, and no where near as comfortable as the slippers.

I am delighted with my latest Cobi slippers. They are my third pair. But looking at the older reviews below confirms my suspicions that the exact specification has changed over the years. The fit is the same but, in their later incarnations, the soles (which started off as plain leather) do now have small rubber pads, which I think are safer and therefore better. I agree the little end bit is a fiddle but it does help a bit, as I can't wear backless ones any more. They look and feel beautiful and the Celtic service was brilliant, as always.
Look very attractive but the drop back is a bit of a pain and doesn’t stay properly on the heel despite being the correct size. The sole is soft so durability to lessened. A cosy slipper but irritating to wear and over priced in my view.

Love these slippers they are so comfortable. Contrary to the description they do not have any rubber sole they are just plain suede. I don't mind this, but it does mean that I have to be very careful not to go outside in them. I do think that the product description should be amended to reflect this.

I love love love, these slippers, they are so comfy, I wanted a slipper with a back to keep them on my feet and these are fab, the only downside of them is that after wear the stitching on the rubber pads has now won through and the glue does not hold the pad sin place causing some issues. I think they could be improved by having a while foot sole on them like other slippers available on here. It's also worth noting I did have to size up, I ordered my usual size but there was no way I could get them on in order to loosen them so sized up which worked fine. Still love them though!! As did my friend who after stealing mine for a week while she stayed with me went and got her own!
These slippers are quite simply the best I have ever had! Visited the shop in Newquay at the weekend and received such good advice from the staff; the slippers are beautifully made, excellent quality and have bedded in to my foot shape already. It was hard to put my shoes on to come to work this morning - can't wait to get home to put my lovely slippers on again. Thank you.
Bought these for myself for Christmas last. Didn’t get a chance to wear them ,my daughter “borrowed “ them. Now I’m buying her another pair for this Christmas. She loves them, so warm, soft and cozy.

Already had your boot slippers and they are so comfortable, hard to take them off but needed something lighter for the evening. The Cobi slippers are ideal, again hard to take them off but they are so comfortable.
