Terms for Photography Posting
When photographs are posted by the public in conjunction with the hashtag #mycelticandco and uploaded via Instagram, the individual posting to their account is agreeing to the use of this imagery by Celtic and Co. for marketing and promotional purposes including but not limited to redistribution of the photograph via the company email, social media platforms, and on the company website.
In posting with the use of the hashtag, users are agreeing to the following:
- You are certifying that you are 18+ years old. Permissions are required if you are posting a photograph of another individual, with adult consent to any subject under the age of 18.
- The content of the post including additional tags and copy will not include material that can be viewed as discriminatory, knowingly false, or defamatory.
- The posted photograph is for individual and personal use. This is not an outlet for companies and corporations to post for professional promotions and/or gain.
- You are confirming that photos posted by yourself can be available to anyone with access to our website, social platforms, and company email.
- Advertisements and financial requests for the use of posted imagery is prohibited.
- In using the hashtag, there is no guarantee your post will appear across the channels and company website.
- Celtic and Co. showcases selected Instagram posts with use of the hashtag on the website homepage, and can remove/alter the selection at any time.

Customers can enter a reoccurring monthly draw for the chance to win a unique discount code for their next Celtic and Co. purchase!
Selections will be chosen by our in-house 'selection committee' on the 1st of every calendar month. We will then be in touch with your prize.
The winning image will then be reposted to our Instagram account in a congratulatory post.
The winner can only use the given discount code once on a £50 minimum spend.
Instagram users can upload an image of themselves to their account wearing at least one item of Celtic and Co. clothing, footwear or outerwear. The promotion will only apply to tagged photography posts; stories will not be counted.
A user can post unlimited times a month to enter the promotion, so long as the image is not a duplicate-post from that month.
When posted in conjunction with the hashtag #mycelticandco, you have entered the promotion and are agreeing to the terms listed above.
