Material
Made with 100% Sheepskin: There's a reason why we use sheepskin so much. This incredible material balances form with function, offering a chic look with lightweight insulation in the winter and temperature regulation when the warmer months roll around.
For these reasons and many more, we guarantee you'll be turning to this stylish investment time after time!
Please be aware that as sheepskin is a natural product, variances within the colour and texture of these products is to be expected.
Size & Fit
When trying on your footwear for the first time, it may feel very tight across your toes and instep. This is nothing to worry about, as within an hour or so of wearing, the boots or slippers will loosen off as the wool starts to bed down and mould to your feet. So do not order a size bigger than you usually wear, otherwise they will end up too big for you. If you know you are a half size – then we recommend buying the size down unless you regularly buy up a half size.
Care
Washing Instructions
30 Degree Gentle Machine Wash
Put the boots in a pillowcase to avoid drum marks from the washing machine. Machine wash on a 30 degree wool cycle with Celtic Wool Wash. This is the only wool wash that has been tried and tested over many years on our sheepskin footwear, so while others are available we can’t be sure that you will get the same results if you use them.
Ratings & reviews
Write a reviewWore my mid calf boots with very short shorts in Fuerteventura and the kept me cool adore Cornwall and this company ROCKS !!!
Lovely boots. Very comfortable.
I bought a pair of these gorgeous boots in 2006 and they are still going strong in 2024, eighteen year later! I have worn them every year from as soon as it turns cold in the autumn until the warmer weather in late spring. They machine wash brilliantly (I bought a pale stone colour way that was available back in 2006) and they are so comfortable and warm. I don't wear any socks with them and pretty much wear them every day so I can highly recommend them!

Thank you for leaving a review. They have certainly lasted you well, that is great to read. I hope they continue keeping your feet warm for a few more cold seasons. Kind regards, Celtic & Co.
Although these boots are beautiful I don't know how anyone can walk in them! Maybe they are designed for people who have large ankles but they have no grip at the heel and so when you try to walk they just slide up and down on the heel, impossible. Also the customer service is dreadful, fine before purchase but very arrogant and rude if you want to return, therefore I didn't even try a different size or style. Someone needs to remind these people, return trade is imperative for business.

We are very sorry that these boots were unsuitable for you, we will be happy to accept your return. We are very sorry that you have been disappointed with our level of Customer Service, this is something that is very important to us and we aim to deliver a high level of service to our customers. Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards Celtic & Co
Just bought my second pair of boots as they are just so comfortable. I had brown, so wanted a black pair. Yes, they feel a bit tight at first, but to be expected, and you are told this in the product description. I wear them for a few days around the house to ‘break them in’ and then they are fine. A truly great British made boot.
Having purchased them for my Wife, and having owned other Sheepskin boots of a well-known brand, she much prefers these, the fit is perfect.
After buying the boot slippers, I was tempted to buy these outdoor boots too. I have not been disappointed and so far, because of the weather, my feet have been so warm and cosy.
These are the most beautifully made boots. My last pair lasted me 12 years, so I hope these will too. They are tight initially, but stretch quickly to your correct size.
Bought as a Christmas present, they look very nice
Delighted with these boots ! I ordered my usual size 6 at first and felt they were too big , so I sized down to a size 5 and they are perfect They are so incredibly comfortable . My feet and legs are just cushioned in a woolly softness , that never gets too hot but remains constantly at just the right temperature . I can’t recommend them enough , quality purchase , and worth every penny , trust me . Thank you Celtic and co !
